Leveraging Leadership is a 3 hour workshop appropriate for both new and experienced leaders and everyone in between!
Experienced leaders will get a refresh of key skills necessary to remain efficient and effective as well as practice new leadership techniques they may never have seen before. New leaders will learn foundational skills to help them build their leadership capabilities. Topics range from key skills foundational to every great leader; developing a vision and leadership perspective to effective listening and communication, motivating, prioritizing, managing, delegating and goal setting with conscious intent. The workshop includes coaching, hands-on activities and peer interaction in an open and inviting group setting. Each participant will leave with tangible tools that can take, use and share in their own job or company immediately.
Leveraging Leadership Bootcamp is an immersive experience lasting 6-8 weeks. We dig deeper into key topics from the workshop and build on foundational skills with in-depth personal exploration into who we are as leaders and how we want to inspire and lead moving forward.
